 - No returns or exchanges are offered under normal conditions.
 - Exchange is only possible in case of a quality issue or wrong size delivered.
 - Unstitched collections are not eligible for return or exchange.
 - Complaints related to unstitched items must be made within 7 working days of receiving the order.
 - Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained.
 - Orders placed via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of placing the order.
 - If you receive a product with a fault in quality or workmanship, Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 - Our Quality Control team will review your query.
 - If a major fault is found, we may offer an exchange or store credit.
 - Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
