• COD is only available for Pakistan.
• For international orders, 100% advance payment is required.
• The parcel will be sent though a Govt Registered courier company.
• Customers are supposed to pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns in case of COD payment method.
• Customer are advised not to accept any opened/damaged parcels and simply reject it at the time of delivery.
  
• Orders received on Sunday and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  
• During Sale days or promotions your orders may face a delay, but we will inform you if that happens.
• We do offer our customers nominated day delivery, simply choose a day that suits you and we’ll delivery your order on that day.

✦Dry clean only. Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight. Iron the clothes at a moderate temperature. Store the outfit in the garment bag provided.

• We aim to provide the highest level of service and hope you are happy with your order.
• No returns or exchanges are offered under normal conditions.
• Exchange is only possible in case of a quality issue or wrong size delivered.
• Unstitched collections are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Complaints related to unstitched items must be made within 7 working days of receiving the order.
• Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained.
• Orders placed via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of placing the order.
• If you receive a product with a fault in quality or workmanship, Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Our Quality Control team will review your query.
• If a major fault is found, we may offer an exchange or store credit.
• Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
